API (coming later)

A read-only, keyed and rate-limited public API for Peekghost is planned. This page explains what it will and will not do.

There is no public API yet, and we would rather say so than show you an endpoint list that does not work.

What we plan

  • Read-only access to public profile, story, highlight and post data that the site already shows.
  • Keyed and rate-limited, with quotas visible up front and an honest error when a provider is down.

What it will not be

  • A way to reach private accounts.
  • A wrapper for bulk scraping or for building databases of people.
