Is it legal and safe?
Reels are public videos, and Instagram lets anyone open one from a link, but it soon interrupts with a login prompt and does not let you browse the rest of the account's reels without an account. This viewer loads the public post grid and its reels through our servers, so you can go through an account's videos in one place, play them with sound and save the ones you want.
The view counts and like counts are the public numbers Instagram serves and can be a few minutes old. Comments themselves are not shown, only their count, because comment threads require a login to page through reliably. Private accounts are not supported: their posts are only served to approved followers, and we do not bypass that.
Viewing public content is allowed — the account chose to make it public. We don't log in, don't bypass privacy settings and don't store the media you view. Respect copyright when you download.

- Can I see the comments?
- Only the count. Comment threads require a login to load reliably, and we never log in.
- Does watching a reel add to its view count?
- No. Instagram counts views from its own app and website. Playback here is not reported to Instagram.
- Can I open a specific reel from a link?
- Yes. Paste the reel or post URL into the search box and it opens directly.
- What quality is the download?
- The highest variant Instagram serves for the item, usually 1080 pixels wide for video and up to 1440 for photos.
- Why can't I see an account's reels?
- The account is private, has no posts, or Instagram is throttling requests. The page tells you which.
